Job Overview
As a Member of Our Top Gun Restaurant Team - You will assist our customers in a friendly manner and take pride in serving delicious food inside of Top Gun Memphis!

Responsibilities and Duties:
-Have the passion to serve the customers with a positive attitude.
-Be welcoming and engaging with all customers.
-Process customer orders and accept payment transactions.
-Keep track of register receipts and drawer counts.
-Accurately count out the drawer at the end of shift.
-Ability to communicate guest orders.
-Prepare food as needed within established standards and guidelines.
-Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by cleaning workstations, equipment, and utensils.
-Ensure the highest quality of food by checking freshness of ingredients, keeping track of old and new items, and rotating stock.

Qualifications
*Prior restaurant experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
*Open availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends
*Ability to stand for extended periods of time and to lift up to 45lbs.
*18 years and authorized to work in the U.S.
*Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.
